LIQUID CAKE

This tasting is designed for those who want to have a bit of fun and learn about six of the main grape varieties. We will be tasting the following grapes... (the specific wines will be detailed nearer the time):

- Shiraz/ Syrah 

- Pinot Noir

During this tasting we will be exploring these grapes and their main flavours and textures. You will learn some nuggets of information designed to help you buy wines that you will enjoy.
